VEGFA and VEGFR2 mRNA expression in JSRV-induced adenocarcinoma. The mRNA expression of ovine VEGFA and VEGFR2 was analyzed by RT-qPCR in lungs (10 normal lungs and 10 cancers) and lung-derived AECII cultures (6 from normal lungs and 10 from cancers). Statistical analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon test with **p < 0.005. The mRNA expression of the cellular genes was normalized with expression of the PPIA, PSMB2 and YWHAZ reference genes.
