Human U87MG and U251 cells were treated with dopamine at the indicated doses. At 48 h after treatment, iNOS and COX-2 protein expression levels were analyzed by western blotting (A-B), and IL-6 and TNF-α gene expression levels were analyzed by RT-qPCR (C-D) in U87MG and U251 cells.
