(A) TE13, EC9706 and EC1 cells were treated with indicated concentrations of Stattic. The expression of STAT3, p-STAT3, iNOS, Cox2, and Pentraxin-3 were examined by immunoblotting with specific antibodies. The level of β-actin was used as a control.
