(A) It was indicated by immunofluorescence that CK2α and SphK1 showed visible cytoplasmic co-localization in GMCs, which strengthened apparently after 30 min of HG treatment. (B and C) Co-immunoprecipitation and reverse co-immunoprecipitation assay were applied to detect the interaction between CK2α with SphK1. This interaction reached a peak at 30 min after HG treatment.
