The point indicates the starting vertex, while the blue and the orange arrows represent the selection and the threshold radius, respectively. The CI was defined as the ratio between the number of fibers ending in the threshold sphere over the total number of fibers starting in the selection sphere. The indices of short- and long-range connectivity are obtained by using different threshold radii ranging from 5 to 100 mm.
