Effect of ectopic CXCL1 expression in PC-3 cells on WCE-mediated responses. (a) The tumor growth of PC-3 cells transfected with control vector or CXCL1 expression vector (PC3-CXCL1) was determined using the respective longitudinal BLI intensity.
