H&E staining (400×) of the tumor sections was used to observe biopsy pathological morphology (A). IF staining (200×) for DAPI-stained nuclei (blue), CD31 (red) were evaluated by fluorescence microscopy (B). Positive signals were hardly observed in the tumor sections of EcN (Tum-5)-treated mice.
