Mice bearing B16 mouse melanoma were injected every 6 days with 5×10⁶ CFU/100 μl EcN, EcN (28a), EcN (Tum-5), or sterilized PBS three times. At the end of the experiment, the kidney, liver, and spleen were excised and weighed (means and SDs) (A). The body weights were recorded at 2-day intervals.
