The mRNA expressions of CiTLR9 (A), CiIFNγ2 (B), CiIFN1 (C), CiTNF-α (D) and CiMx2 (E) were measured at D0, D1, D10 and D16 post immunization in spleen (Left) or head kidney (Right).
