(A) Six circRNAs were randomly selected to validate using RT-PCR, showing the significant overexpression of candidate circRNAs. (B) Hsa_circ_0018289 expression was validated in 35 pairs of cervical cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue. (C) Hsa_circ_0018289 expression was upregulated in 94.3% (33/35) cervical cancer tissues. (D) Hsa_circ_0018289 expression was validated to be upregulated in cervical cancer cells compared to human epidermal cells.
