An example demonstrating the modeling errors from Pinnacle for the large electron field profiles measured at the depth of R 50. The figure shows a crossline profile at the depth of R 50 (4.99 cm) for a 12‐MeV electron beam delivered through the large cutout shape. The analysis was performed using a 3% global/3 mm gamma analysis criterion. The figure demonstrates poor modeling in the shoulders and tails of the profile by the Pinnacle model.
