A well-defined mixed density mass measuring 8 cm × 7 cm × 6.1 cm in the right adrenal region. Hypodense areas dominated in the mass, with an even lower density fatty area along the right aspect of the mass. Patchy areas of high densities are noted in the left aspect of the mass. The mass shows a peripheral hyperdense rim and hyperdense internal septations.
