In the left pane (a), the origin of the eye coordinate system is incident upon the center of the eye phantom. The voxels (numbered 1 to 6) indicate the lens, sclera, tumor apex, opposite side, macula, and optic nerve, respectively. In the right pane (b), the origin of the plaque coordinate is at the interior shell of the sclera.
