V. parahaemolyticus expressing HA-VtrA and its truncated derivatives were fractionated into cytosol (C) and membrane (M) fractions. Each of fractions and total cell lysates (T) were subjected to immunoblot analysis for HA to detect VtrA and its truncated derivatives. DnaK and OmpA were detected as controls for the cytosol and membrane, respectively.
