The position of centromere has been marked with an oval shape. No GATA genes were annotated at chromosome no. 8 and 9 hence not shown in the picture. Arrows marked near the gene location designates the ORF in 5′ to 3′ direction. Duplicated GATA genes on the different chromosome as well as on the same chromosome are connected by dotted lines.
