PTK6 downregulation induces apoptosis of endocrine therapy-sensitive and resistant ER+ breast cancer cells. a Cells expressing control or PTK6 shRNAs (C9 or 49) were lysed at 96 h (MCF-7, MCF-7L-TamR, MCF-7-EDR, MCF7-FulvR) or 120 h (T47D, T47D-TamR) following infection with shRNA lentivirus.
