Effect of Cdt on cellugyrin levels in Jurkat cells. Jurkat cells were incubated in the presence of medium or 25 pg/ml Cdt for 0–120 min. Cells were harvested, homogenized and analyzed by Western blot for relative cellugyrin content. Blots were further analyzed by digital densitometry.
