A2780 cells were treated with various concentrations of VJ. After 48 h of treatment, cells were rinsed with PBS and total RNA was purified. RNA was converted to first strand cDNA, and CSCs markers genes were amplified using the specific primers in real-time PCR. The data shown is mean ± SD for two independent experiments. The data was normalized with GAPDH expression. ^* represents significance at p ≤ 0.05, and ^** represents highly significant at P ≤0.001.
