(A) Bioinformatics analysis of the predicted interactions between miR-30c-5p and 3′UTR of SOCS3. (B) Dual luciferase reporter assay was conducted to demonstrate the interactions between the two. Overexpression of miR-30c-5p diminished fluorescence when the cells were transfected with a wild-type SOCS3-3′UTR vector. (C-D) Protein levels of SOCS3 decreased significantly in the miR-30c-5p-overexpression group. The data are expressed as the mean±S.E.M, n=3, *P<0.05, **P<0.01 compared with the control group.
