Expression of SMA protein with Western blot analysis
Exposure of human fibroblasts to PDGF (a) or TGF-β1 (b) led to a significantly higher expression of the SMA protein. PDGF-BB-and TGF-β1-induced SMA expression was markedly inhibited by endostatin.
