Red color indicates NGSD samples, whilst blue indicates a haplotype hypothesized to be introgressed from domestic dogs. Circles are proportional to the number of individuals carrying that haplotype. The network was calculated including 94 dingoes and 18 NGSD from Sacks et al. (2013) and 232 dingoes and three NGSD from Oskarsson et al. (2011)
