Binding of samples to glycan subclasses are qualitatively estimated based on relative strength of the signal for the data shown in Fig 5: strong >10,000 (+++), medium >5000 (++), weak >1250 (+), no binding <1249 (.).
Length refers to the number of monosaccharides in the glycan chain, including SA.
