Contribution of Il7r^−/− BM-derived cells to thymic and splenic DCs in mixed radiation chimeras. Lethally irradiated CD45.1⁺ × CD45.2⁺ F1 hybrid mice were reconstituted with a 1:1 mix of CD45.1⁺WT:CD45.2⁺ Il7r^−/− BM. Tissues were analyzed 3 weeks later.
