Role of miR-500a-5p in the response to oxidative stress. (a) MCF-7 and T47D cells were exposed to increasing concentrations of H2O2 within their respective sublethal range. RNA extracted under these conditions was reverse-transcribed and tested for expression of miR-500a-5p guide strand (upper panels), and miR-500a-3p passenger strand (bottom panels).
