Mice were immunized as described in Figure 3. RSV-neutralizing antibody titers were determined from sera using RSV virus expressing Cherry fluorescent protein. (A) Fluorescence curves at 620 nm. Data are mean + SEM of individual values (n = 5–6). Non-linear regression was done using Boltzmann sigmoidal equation. (B) Neutralizing titer was defined as the reverse dilution of serum inhibiting 50% of fluorescence at 620 nm. Data are mean + SEM of individual titers (n = 5–6). P values were determined according to the Student’s t test (***P < 0.001).
