Sodium excretion in response to salt loading in Cyp4a14(−/−) and WT male mice treated with vehicle or 20-SOLA. Mice were treated with vehicle or 20-SOLA for 72 hours prior to intraperitoneal administration of isotonic saline (10% v/w), and urine was collected for 4 hours thereafter. The natriuretic response was calculated as µmol Na/h/g body weight (A) and as the percentage of sodium load (B) (mean ± S.E.M., n = 3/group).
