LDL-C: Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol. x-axis indicates survey run number during May 1997 and October 2012 with 70 runs and y-axis indicates %bias of LDL-C vs. CDC. The accuracy criteria of %bias plots of LDL-C is ±2% of CDC reference value. Each survey run consists of 3 to 5 CDC pools for beta quantification analysis.
