Change in the intensity of fluorescence emitted from the fluorescent dye. The fluorescence emission in response to the interaction between the incident laser and fluorescent dye (Alexa Fluor 660 dye) increased when both the laser and the ultrasound with an intensity of 310 W/cm² were simultaneously delivered into the chicken breast containing the fluorescent dye at a depth of 7 mm.
