The cell viability of MTA mixed with 1% and 2% MC/CaCl₂ was not significantly different than that of MTA mixed with water. The cell viability of the control, and of 1/50 and 1/10 concentrations was significantly higher than that for 1/4,1/2 and 1 concentrations with the same material. And 1/4 and 1/2 concentrations had significantly higher cell viability than the 1 concentration (*p<.05).
