Antibody responses induced by β₁AR_Ac peptides. Groups of mice were immunized with β₁AR_Ac 171–190, β₁AR_Ac 181–200, β₁AR_Ac 191–210, β₁AR_Ac 201–220, or β₁AR_Ac 211–230 and after 21 days, serum was collected. Samples with dilutions of 1:100 were added to low-binding plates coated previously with or without the above peptides or RNase 43–56 (control). After adding horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated, goat anti-mouse detection antibodies for Igs and different isotypes, plates were read at 405 nm to measure the OD values.
