CAT responders were defined as those with a decrease of 2 units or more from baseline [baseline CAT score, umeclidinium/vilanterol (UMEC/VI; 62.5/25 µg) 18.03 (standard deviation 7.40), tiotropium/olodaterol (TIO/OLO; 5/5 µg) 17.48 (standard deviation 7.17)]. Baseline rescue medication use: UMEC/VI (62.5/25 µg) 2.65 (standard deviation 3.27); TIO/OLO (5/5 µg) 2.26 (standard deviation 2.81).
