Linked reactions were performed with the breast tissue specific conjugate injected over a C1-sensor chip with immobilized XPNEP1, APaseP human recombinant protein. A 0–20 μM titration of the breast tissue specific conjugate (3B) in solution was injected over the prepared biosensor surface at a flow rate of 100 μL/min. The KD results are presented as mean ± SEM.
