Systematic search process alongside the number of publications reporting specific pathological and behavioural outcomes. From the included 427 publications (397 full publications and 30 abstracts), we identified a number of main outcomes including, plaque burden, amyloid beta 40, amyloid beta 42, tau, neurodegeneration, cell infiltrates and neurobehaviour and the number of publications is shown in the bottom two boxes. As each publication can have more than one outcome, the numbers in the bottom two boxes do not necessarily add up to the numbers above.
