Expected effects of indel mutations on the interactivity of CALR were evaluated by the ANCHOR algorithm (Dosztányi et al., 2009; Mészáros et al., 2009). To this end, the AA sequence of each mutant (column 1) was analyzed by ANCHOR and the corresponding outputs (positions of MoRFs) were tabulated. Some of the indel Type 1 mutations and all the deletion Type 2 mutations induce formations of novel MORFs indicated in the column MoRF4′ and MoRF5′.
