Exogenously applied GSNO inhibits the root elongation of the Col-0 seedlings in a concentration-dependent manner. The 2-day-old seedlings of wide type Col-0 grown on ½ MS agar plates were transferred onto the agar plates supplied with 0 (A), 50 (B), and 100 μM GSNO (C). The gsnor1-3 seedlings grown on the agar plates without containing GSNO used as a control (D). The photos were taken 4 days after transfer.
