Probing Neu5Ac, Neu5,9Ac2 or Neu5Ac9NAc-fed human lymphoma BJA-B K20 cells with CD22-Fc to detect ligands. Cells were fed for 3 days with 3 mM of Neu5Ac (solid black line), Neu5,9Ac2 (dashed black line) or Neu5Ac9NAc (dotted line) and then stained with human CD22-Fc to detect ligands (and compared with non-fed cells, gray). The binding was analyzed by flow cytometry.
