Effects of capric acid treatment on cyclophosphamide-induced oxidative stress in IPEC-J2 cells. (a) Glutathione (GSH) and glutathione disulphide (GSSG) concentrations were analysed. (b) Intracellular H₂O₂ levels were measured. Fluorescence was measured by the Amplex Red method. (c) the malondialdehyde (MDA) level was measured by ELISA. Error bars indicate the standard error of the mean (n = 3). A p-value of <0.05 was considered to indicate statistical significance.
