*The number of recipients that survived for 2 months after transplantation. The denominator shows the number of grafts used for histological observation; the remaining grafts were used for other analyses. §Because the castrated rag1 recipients tended to die immediately after transplantation due to damage incurred from castration surgery, only some of the recipients survived for 2 months after transplantation.
