MiR‐139‐5p suppresses proliferation of OSCC cells. (A) Receiver operating curves(ROC) comparing miR‐139‐5p and HOXA9 level in OSCC tissues and adjacent tissues. (B) MiR‐139‐5p was detected with qRT‐PCR in each group including control, miR‐negative control (NC) and miR‐mimics of SAS and CAL‐27 cell lines. (C) Cell viability was analysed by MTT assay. (D) Cell proliferation was analysed by colony formation assay. Data are expressed as mean ± S.D. **< 0.01 compared with control in SAS cell line, ## < 0.01 compared with control in CAL‐27 cell line.
