MDBK cells were infected with the BoHV-1, vBoHV-1-∆UL21, or vBoHV-1-∆UL21R viruses at a MOI of 3. At 18 hpi, the number of virus particles in each well was calculated for 40 infected cells for each individual sample. *** indicates a statistically significant difference (p < 0.001).
