(A) HEK293T cells were treated with 0.90%, 0.92%, 0.95%, 0.98% NaCl for 0.5 h at 37°C, and then cell morphology was recorded with bright field microscope imaging. (B) The calcium-sensitive indicator Fluo-3 AM treated cells by 2 μmol /L. The Fluo-3 signal was recorded by confocal recording. (C) Quantitative analysis for intracellular calcium concentration [Ca2+]i. (D) Western blots showed the phosphorylation and the total level of CaMKII and CREB in hippocampus, and (E-H) the quantitative analysis was performed.
