AGS and BGC-823 cells were transfected with miR-29b mimic or miR-NC mimic, respectively. (A) Real-time RT-PCR was conducted to examine the miR-29b expression levels. (B) MTT was conducted to examine cell proliferation. After that, the pYr-LVX-miR-29b or pYr-LVX-miR-NC lentiviral plasmid was then stably transfected into AGS and BGC-823 cells, which were then subcutaneously implanted into the nude mice. (C) All mice were sacrificed on 60 days after implantation, and the tumor xenograft were obtained. (D) Tumor weight and (E) volume were examined. ^** P<0.01 vs. miR-NC.
