Crossing gates divided the dot plots into four quadrants. Dots in the lower right quadrants (Annexin V+ and PI–) indicate early apoptotic cells; dots in upper right quadrants (Annexin V+ and PI+) indicate late apoptotic cells or dead cells. The numbers indicate the percentage of cells in the corresponding quadrants. Ctr: cells without treatment. The result is a single representative of three independent experiments.
