Fig. 3. The specific recognition between PEO-b-PHM copolymer and ATP. The ATP/PEO-b-PHM complex shows the highest binding affinity of ∼107 M–1. Other ATP analogues (ADP, AMP, UTP, CTP and NADH) exhibit much lower binding affinities (∼103 M–1). All experiments were performed using ITC (adding 60 μM of ATP into 1.0 μM copolymer solution at 293 K in Tris–HCl buffer, pH = 7.20).
