Effects of MET-1 on excitability of DRG neurons is through PAR-4 and not PAR-2. A, MET-1 decreased excitability of DRG neurons by increasing rheobase compared with media; this effect was abolished following preincubation of the neurons with P4pal10 (10 μm), a PAR-4 receptor antagonist (N = 7 mice).
