Ampligen promotes HIV-1 gp140-specific mucosal IgG but not IgA. Mice were immunised ID with either gp140 alone or together with Poly(I:C) or Ampligen. On day 28, gp140-specific IgG and IgA were titrated in serum (a), vaginal fluids (b) and fecal extract (c).
