Comparison of neurovirulence between WT and N154Q in CD-1 mice. One-day old mice (6 or 8 mice per group) were infected with 100 to 10,000 PFU of WT or N154Q virus via intra-cranial injection. Survival numbers and total number of infected mice were calculated. Survival percentages of infected mice are presented. No statistical significant difference was observed after performing Log-rank (Mantel-Cox) test to analyze the differences in survival between WT and N154Q.
