Fold of contraction and Fold of boost were calculated as described for Fig. 2A and 2B. Values shown are group medians. Fold over MVA-only group was calculated as group median of MVA+gp120 or MVA+MVAgp140 group divided by that of the MVA-only group, for each antigen panel.
