Graph showing the subfoveal choroidal thickness and central foveal thickness in HLA-B27 associated uveitis group (n = 71). In subgroup analysis, we analyzed the subfoveal choroidal thickness and central foveal thickness in HLA-B27 associated anterior uveitis patients (n = 71). Relative to groups 2 (P = .007) and 3 (P = .012), the subgroup of patients with HLA-B27-associated anterior uveitis exhibited a significantly greater subfoveal choroidal thickness during the acute stage of the disease. There was no significant difference in the central foveal thickness
