Fig. 1 — Fecal contamination of aluminum coupons. Feces were applied in an even layer to aluminum coupons using an adhesive spreader. Five mL of feces were applied to coupons in treatment groups A, B, C, E, G, and I. Ten mL of feces were applied to coupons in treatment groups D, F, H, and J. One representative coupon in group G (a) and group H (b) is shown
